Why is my real payout a bit different?
Card and PayPal fees depend on the buyer’s country and currency, and stores round differently. Taxes like VAT are added on top of the price by the stores that collect them, so they don’t change your share here.
Which stores collect VAT for me?
Gumroad, Fab, Unity Asset Store and Patreon handle sales tax for you, and so does itch.io when it collects the payments (its default payout mode). On Payhip you are the seller outside the EU and UK, so tax there is your job.
